Ox foundation encapsulated the crawlspace in a home I recently purchased. Shortly after moving in I asked Jacob to come check on things and we discovered the dehumidifier was not working. Jacob had Sean and Christian come out the next day to replace it. Turns out it just needed to be reset. While here they also went out of their way to ensure the crawlspace was properly sealed and answer any questions I had. I appreciate the great customer service and attention to detail they provided.
